Great Experience with Ship-a-Car Direct

I shipped my Ford Escape in December with Ship-a-Car and the experience couldn't have been smoother. Angela, my contact person, was very efficient and knowledgeable. She was able to give me precise quotes and a very accurate estimate of pick-up dates and transit times. Rod the driver was very accommodating in finding a nearby parking lot to pick up the car and kept me up-to-date on when he'd be arriving at the location. The car arrived within the estimated window and Rod did a very good job working with the people who would be there to take delivery.

Ship=a-Car also has a very good app that organizes taking pictures of the car just before loading- I was able to send this info to the person accepting my car so thatthey had a handy refernce to check on the car's condition. (The car was just as I loaded it). I've used other transporters in the past and this was far and away the easiest and smoothest experience I've had.
