I have used this company twice and will never use another company. Their prices are fair and the customer service is second to none.

The first time I used them was to ship a jeep from Maryland to Washington State. They were on time and professional. My jeep arrived safe and on time.

The last time I used this company I actually found a cheaper company online. Sent my deposit and was told my Jeep would be picked up in one week. After one week my jeep was not picked up so I called. I was told it would be a few more days. After three more days the other shipper could not provide me with a date my Jeep would be picked up.

I fired the old company and was told my deposit would be refunded. I called Ship A Car Direct and Stefan had a driver to my door the next day. The only difference in price was $100 more. But it was totally worth it. My jeep was picked up immediately and they have the best customer service. As for the other company I have yet to get my deposit back.

If you have to ship a vehicle use Ship A Car Direct. They have fair prices and the best customer service. Your vehicle will be picked up and arrive safe.
