This was my very first time shipping a vehicle. I shopped around, read reviews and checked BBB ratings for each company/person. I contacted a number of companies and in the end, decided to go with Ship A Car Direct. I am so proud and happy to say that I couldn't have chosen better. My rep, Dale, has kept in touch with me throughout the whole process. Dale was very professional yet friendly. He answered all my questions and explained the process very clearly. The process is very simple and headache-free. The driver that was assigned to transport my vehicle was Josh from R&J Logistics Enterprises Llc. Josh is a very nice person, very honest, very courteous - I couldn't be more impressed with his professionalism. He contacted me throughout the trip to keep me updated on his location and estimated arrival time. My vehicle arrived in the same condition as when it left Missouri, and it arrived sooner than I have expected. I am one very happy customer! OUTSTANDING service all around!!!
