I had a Prius shipped from Ohio to Washington state. Dale provided me with all the information I needed. I requested a pick up for the next week and he got someone to ship by mid week. The carrier was easy to get in contact with once the car had been picked up. There was bad weather, flooding and snow in December, and it took him a few more days to deliver the car than estimated. The car arrived undamaged. It was dirty but I had been warned about that and given the weather it did not surprise me. Ship a Car Direct did a good job.
