Our car shipment through Ship a Car Direct was very smooth and easy. Scott was very honest about the process and helpful to explain how things would happen. We were requesting a pickup during the Christmas holidays, which he explained might be tricky. They were able to find a carrier that picked up on Christmas Day in California (was supposed to be Christmas Eve, but they got in late) and delivered our car to Ohio only 5 days later. Very happy with our service!
