I contacted Ship A Car Direct and was treated with professionalism and kindness. Eric Knor explained the whole process of shipping my sons car from Louisiana to NY... he was very thorough and very informative. I was put in touch with my carrier, Galich Transport, and it was all arranged without any hassel. The carrier kept me informed through the whole transport process. They were prompt and delivered the vehicle in perfect condition. The driver could not of been any nicer and I am very pleased with the service.
