They explained the whole process and what to expect well. I had to change my original ship date so they had to switch shipping companies and they worked with me on that. My only reason for not rating them higher is I didn't find out that the new shipment date was confirm until two days before the pickup. I had to call for details the day before. That made me a little nervous. But it ended up being exactly what I wanted when I wanted it. And I'm not sure they could have done better since I pulled the rug out from under the first shipment. Would use again.

Thanks for the positive review, Jon! Yes, it can seem like a nail-biter, as carriers usually confirm within 24-48 hours of pick-up. Glad it worked out so well in the end!
