Scott from Ship a Car direct was very helpful and communicated well. I was nervous because after he gives you a date, you don't hear until the pick up is scheduled. But I was called the afternoon before the date we agreed on with the transporter assignment. Scott also is good at follow up.
The actual transport company called and texted me along the way to update me on delivery.
The only concern I had with them is delivery was at night and we didn't notice several small new scratches on the car. It's an older car so not a huge concern but in the future I would ask for daylight delivery.

It's true, final confirmation usually comes within 24-48 hours of pick-up and that can seem nerve-wracking. Glad it all worked out! Thanks for your feedback, Karen!
