I did a lot of research before choosing Ship-A-Car-Direct. They had the best ratings and I was very pleased with the amount of information, follow-ups, and extra links to other valuable materials provided to me BEFORE I signed-on.

When I made my decision to work with Ship-A-Car-Direct, Tom walked me through the sign-up process and we got it all arranged very quickly. He got me a carrier who was able to take both my two cars together, and at a pickup time/day that worked excellently for me. I also had to have a short delay built into the timing for final delivery as I wasn't flying out to AZ until a specific date. Tom made sure my delivery was timed perfectly.

The actual carrier (Auto Logic) was also a really great company. The owner/operator made me very comfortable. He had been in business over 17yrs and he knew a lot about the make of my vehicles so I was very confident it would be a safe transport.

There was plenty of communication (both phone and emails) throughout the whole process, and I was very happy with the full service.

Both cars arrived exactly as we had planned, off-loaded and placed on my drive safely. They were a little dirty, but since this was an open carrier and they had come 2300+ miles, that didn't worry me at all. There was absolutely NO damage, and I was very happy.

I would definitely recommend Ship-A-Car-Direct for car transportation, and I will absolutely use them again if I ever need cross-country transport like this in the future.
