I've shipped several cars across country in as many years, with varying levels of satisfaction (from horrible to "okay"). Scott was easy to talk to, personable, informative, and identified and delivered a carrier - with my car on the way - even as I was still getting calls from other brokers. He stayed in contact throughout the process. Ultimately a VERY happy experience, and I will call Ship A Car Direct again.
