Our 2nd Time Using Ship a Car Direct!

My husband and I first used Ship a Car Direct back in 2013 to have our car shipped from the Bay Area to Miami. Tom from Ship a Car Direct was knowledgeable and friendly. The carrier we were assigned to was easy to work with and our car arrived in Miami in the time frame we were promised.

A couple years later, we decide to move back to the Bay Area. We ship one of our cars using a company other than Ship a Car Direct and boy, was that a mistake. When it came time to ship our other car, we called Tom for assistance. Our pick-up time frame was very tight, but Tom was able to get it done. The driver even picked up our car early! The driver kept us abreast of his trip and made sure to check in a couple days prior to delivery, the night before the delivery and even gave us a call when he was a couple hours out to make sure we would be home to receive the car.

Overall, a great experience both times! While I don't foresee us moving again, if we do, we will make sure to call Tom at Ship a Car Direct. They are reliable and maintain great communication throughout the entire process.
