I was pleasantly surprised by the prompted and courteous service from Tom from Ship A Car Direct.

The driver Leven was both very careful with my large Navigator as I watched him load and secure it in the trailer and his friendly manner. My son called me when he received it and after close inspection found nothing wrong. That is what I would refer to as a delightful experience from scheduling, pickup, transport, and delivery.

I would definitely use Ship A Car Direct again.

Note: I've had issues with smaller transports over the years and did a lot of research this time reviewing companies on Transport Reviews and also checking their BBB rating and reviews plus other reviews. I did not go with the lowest nor highest bids but the best overall and a company that is very selective of who transports vehicles for their customers like me.
