This was the first time I had to ship a car across country and had no idea where to begin. After searching for auto transport companies and reading reviews about the process, I selected Ship a Car Direct to begin the process. Karen, my rep, guided me through the process in detail which made me feel very comfortable. After getting quotes from several other companies, I felt that Ship a Car Direct was the best option, based on price, meeting my pickup and delivery dates, communication, and follow up. Once my car was dispatched, Karen did a great job staying on top of the process and staying in touch with me along the way right up until delivery. My car was delivered in a timely manner by a very professional and courteous driver. Since the transport was in an open carrier, my car was fairly dirty with general grime, but it arrived safely and without any damage. I would definitely use Ship a Car Direct in the future (which may happen later in the year) and would recommend their services.
