I was concerned at first (2 weeks prior to pickup) since no carrier was assigned. But Stefan was on top of things and provided me the assurance via email. He was also very prompt in replying to any queries. Long story short - carrier was assigned and was easy to contact. The pick up was on time and delivery was actually sooner than what I had anticipated..Thanks Tony.

Thanks for the positive feedback, Anil! Yes, it surprises most folks that we can't give a confirmation of the exact pick-up date 2 weeks in advance. Instead, most scheduling is confirmed within 24-48 hours of pick-up.
