Availability of company contact was a definite bonus, was nearly always available to answer questions about the process. Pickup and delivery persons were both personable and prompt in their services. Delivery was on-time and vehicle was in the condition it was sent in. I was offered a small rebate for this review, but the opinion expressed is entirely my own.
