Matt at Ship a Car Direct walked me through the entire shipping process. He was there to answer any questions I had, not only through email, but I could pick up the phone and actually speak to him directly.
He didn't pressure me into using his company, he gave me facts and suggested I watch the videos on the website to learn more about having a car shipped.
The videos were very informative and answered all the questions I had.
The shipping company that Matt connected me with were great as well. They called me to let me know when the driver would arrive and he showed up on time and did a great job loading my car on the carrier. I have a 1968 Mustang with no power steering or breaks and he definitely had some challenges with it, but did awesome driving it
The car showed up two days later which was great because I returned to Nashville just in time to receive it.
The car was in great shape, no damage at all.
I couldn't have asked for things to go more smoothly. It was a great experience and I'm so happy to finally have my Mustang with me!
I would highly recommend Ship a Car Direct! They are awesome!
