This company was transparent, and honest and gave me the information I needed to send a car to my son. I had contacted another company and the lack of information, not picking up their phone, incorrect information about how to pay gave me a bad feeling and I called Ship-A-Car-Direct. Everything changed when I started dealing with them and the process went as smoothly as possible.
The driver was 10 minutes early, his truck was new and my car was covered, not exposed. He was a very nice and thorough gentleman. He got the car to St. Paul, called my son ahead of time and it was delivered to my son's door. Perfect.
