We shipped two cars. We lived in Santa Monica, CA, where it's easy for the picking up truck to get a ticket or even get impounded. The guys didn't make me drive to a far place to drop the cars, but they took the risk and picked up the cars at my house, and did it at the best time for me (after work) when traffic is worst for them. They were at the highest level of professionalism and efficiency.
I love my car so much, and I'm really obsessive about minor scratches and dings. When I saw the driver documenting the smallest, most unnoticeable scratches, I knew that they really understand how I think, and how to take care, and respect their cars and clients.
In Boston, our cars arrived earlier than expected, the driver made sure to arrive in the morning instead of night time so we can examine the cars properly, he picked up the closest location to our house, and was very patient waiting for us.
When we got there, the cars weren't even dirty. In fact, my wife's car looked even cleaner! Bottom line, both cars arrived in the same exact condition they were picked up in, and for that, I'm truly grateful!!
I would most definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone who wants easy, efficient, and hassle free car shipping at a fair, reasonable price.
