Overall very pleased. car was delivered across country in a week or so and not damaged. The cost was a little higher than I had hoped for but I wasn't sure what to expect because this is the first and only time we've shipped a car. I went with Ship A Car Direct because I believed most of the reviews and mainly wanted the car to arrive the way it was picked up, which it did. There isn't much to do after you schedule it. The pick up was within days after submitting my order and the delivery about a week or so from Maryland To California. We'd use them if ever needed again.
