Ship a car direct is good. They provide good service. It's kinda hard to reach the contact person but they have a customer service phone I can dial so it's not bad. Couple things they need to improve: 1. Contact person should be available the most time. 2. Should stay connected with the carrier all the time. They emailed me couple times about closing my order before my car was even delivered. My car was damaged a bit but didn't find out at delivery. There was tons of water inside my door which I have no clue how is that possible. Maybe coz the carrier left my car is the rain without window closed. One of my front lights doesn't work anymore which I didn't find out at delivery bc car was off. I knew it worked fine when pickup (I have a video). I cannot say it was definitely damaged by the carrier bc I didn't check it at delivery. The carrier overall communication is very good though so I would give the carrier a score of 7/10.
