Our experience with Ship A Car Direct' service has been excellent. From making the initial request for a quote, all the way down to the actual delivery of the vehicle, Gaby (our contact person) was very helpful and professional. Considering this was the first time we're moving a vehicle, let alone from coast to coast, she provided all the information we needed. Gaby made sure our schedule was met and kept us updated on the status of our car's pick up and delivery.

The transporter they had for us, Alberto of Alberto Trucking (from Miami), was also very professional, and with very good personality. He kept in touch throughout the whole process and actually delivered our car a day early from what we expected.

Overall, we had a very positive experience with Ship A Car Direct, and wouldn't hesitate recommending them to anyone who wishes to transport their vehicle.
