I took delivery of the car this morning. Everything went smooth. The day after I called to set up the pickup the car was on the carrier heading back to N.J. Four days later, the driver, Lal, called to let me know he would be delivering the next day between 8-9 AM. The next day at 8:45 AM he called again when he was close to the house. The driver was pleasant and over all a good experience. I would definitely recommend ShipACarDirect and Star 1 Transport with a A+ rating.
