This was the first time for me to ever have a car shipped. I found Ship-a-car Direct online after researching many.
I found their price to be in line with what I had estimated and Matt, the representative that I got, was great.
I did, however, contact them one time prior to placing my order and got another guy, who was also a representative for them. He was arrogant and rude. Luckily Matt returned my call promptly and answered my questions. Had I got the other guy on my initial call, I might have used another company.
The trucking company they contacted made this experience for me even better. He was an owner/operator that was very professional, very knowledgeable, great at communicating and also very accommodating.
I would definitely recommend Matt and Ship-a-Car Direct to others.
