I was apprehensive in using shipping services for my cars. We have two expensive cars and sending them cross country made us nervous. My experience was exceptional from my first call to the delivery of my cars. I was contacted that Gulf Coast Auto Services was available to pick up early and asked for my availability to ship early. I was available so all worked out. They held my cars an extra couple of days and delivered on the day agreed upon. Because they picked up early they were going to arrive before me. Harry, our driver was courteous and polite. He showed a genuine interest in the care of my cars. Both cars arrived in the condition they left in. I am very pleased with my experience with both Ship A Car Direct and Gulf Coast. Matt stayed in contact with me throughout the whole process and returned my calls in a timely manner. All of my questions were answered to my satisfaction. I would use their services again and recommend to anyone in need of shipping their car.
I don't hesitate to post negative reviews. If there was anything I was displeased with I would have posted here. My experience exceeded my expectations.
