We were moving in a pinch from OH to CA. Were entertaining crazy rates of $1,500+. Got in contact with Emily who was extremely helpful and disclosed all pieces of information and kept in contact at all times for follow ups and information. When a carrier was assigned to us, Emily informed us that they had requested a higher price on the job. She offset a good portion of the increase (~$100) into the broker fee, which was a nice touch of customer service.

Our carrier (TFI) called two hours in advance, arrived on time, and reassured us of any relevant details. Delivery was iffy since we had a flight the same day and a shady taxi decided to take us in circles. Moses was courteous, patient, and delivered the car without problems or damage. The only complains was that the car was outrageously dusty, but that's what you get for shipping open container I guess.

Overall, this will be my first place to go to next time I need to do something like this.
