I was very satisfied with the service. My car was picked up on the day promised. I was given a window for the day the car could arrive at my destination, so I was fully expecting to be without my car for at least a few days. I was very pleased when I received a call from the driver of the delivery truck a couple of days before I arrived at my destination to find that my car would be there the day I arrived. He told me to call when I arrived and we could schedule a time for me to pick up the car. I was kept in the loop throughout the entire process. Everyone I dealt with at Ship A Car Direct, including David who was my primary contact was friendly, professional and knowledgable.
