Better than I expected

I had bad experience of shipping cars from east coast to west coast years ago. Thus I hesitated to do this again. I was struggling to ship my car by carrier or drive it over by myself. Finally, I decided to give it another shot. I compared a few vendors and chose another one initially. However, the vendor was not honest on the quote, so I alternated to this vendor - Ship a Car Direct. Not bad at all !! The representative who contacted me stayed on top of this case all the time. Although the promised pick-up date was late, but total transport time was right on schedule. Thanks to the carrier/driver. If I will ship my car ever again, I would still come back to the same vendor.
