I have shipped my car 4 times across country. I have never had issues with damage or time frame from pickup to delivery. However I have never had contact with dispatcher after order was placed. That was not the case with Ship A Car Direct. Matt called to make sure I understood what was going to happen, time frame for pick up due to my schedule.Stayed in contact with email also. Very professional and personable. Hope I don't need to ship again, but would use S.A C.D. again.
