I selected Ship Direct based on online reviews. They won out after looking at numerous carriers. My phone calls were returned promptly by Matt. He advised me when the actual carrier would be selected and when the carrier would notify me. All went as planned and time frames were witin one hour of stated times. The car was picked up in Beverly Hills, Ca. and delivered to Chagrin Falls, Ohio. I requested a specific delivery date and it was met.

I would use these guys again. Having said that the real quality person you want is the carrier. While I am earning $30.00 by writing this, my review would be the same without the incentive. I had a good experience.
