Thank you for your feedback, Brian. Sorry the transport took longer than originally estimated and that your carrier had to meet nearby. Sometimes there are logistical reasons behind delays (like weather or issues with other customers) so we are following up with the carrier to find out what happened. Sorry that you were inconvenienced because of it.
