We had not shipped a car before and was unsure how the process worked. I have heard stories about how they tell you one thing and do another(shipping companies). So we chose "ship a car direct"-David answered my questions and concerns like-do you know your drivers? How many times will my car be put on/off this truck before it arrives?How many days will it take and the payment policy. So we put in our order and a driver was assigned about 7 days later.I did not like the driver, he over marked the bill of lading and it was insulting.I emailed David with my concern and he reassured me my car would be well taken care of and be delivered in a timely manner.I must say he stayed in constant communication via email through out the whole process. I would definitely use this company again.This was not the cheapest quote we had $1075.00 but the one we felt most comfortable with.
