I was very pleased with the overall price. I had hunted around with several different known shipping companies and their quotes were either significantly more money or they could not pick the car up for a week or more.
Before we even finished the paperwork there was a truck ready to load my car for the trip back to Massachusetts.

Since it was such a quick trip my expectations were a bit off with regards to when I needed to be available to receive the car. That is the only area where there could be some improvement.
As it turns out the car was picked up at 4:45 on a Tuesday and I got a call mid day on Wednesday to arrange for a drop off time on Thursday. They were there right at 9AM as agreed. It would have been nice to know on Tuesday that the drop off was Thursday not Wednesday. Trivial in the grand scheme of things.

Process was very quick and very easy. Car arrived in an enclosed trailer in perfect shape with no issues.
