No problems with move from DC to CA

Overall very pleased with the service in shipping my car from DC to Oakland, CA. The drivers from Ace Auto Trans were great about contacting me and keeping me informed about pickup and delivery timing. The service wasn't really door to door (the truck couldn't get too close to my house in DC), but the driver was great in working with me to find a good location to meet.

Thanks for the positive review, Sarah! You are right about DC - and San Francisco has a similar issue - there are some areas that don't allow truck access. Sometimes, instead of service right at your front door a truck might have to meet nearby.
