Emily at Ship-A-Car Direct was an awesome representative to work with! She was attentive, ALWAYS pleasant, and worked hard to find a carrier for us. Although we had a hiccup in getting a carrier right away, she kept me informed throughout the entire process. Once a carrier was determined, she was still very involved, would email with updates about the process, and checked in to make sure everything was going well and that we didn't have questions. Overall, for a potentially overwhelming experience, it went really well and I couldn't imagine working with a more attentive, well-priced, and professional company. To top it off, the car arrived the evening before the expected arrival range of 7-10 days (came on day 6). The car arrived in good shape, with no damage. It was extremely dirty, but that was to be expected in an open carrier. If I had to do this again, I would definitely go with Ship-A-Car Direct.
