From the very moment transporting pick-up driver Dan arrived to the day the car was delivered the Customer service was second to none. Called Ship a Car Direct spoke with Matt who gave me facts and cost about transporting a Ford Taurus Sedan to Louisville, KY from Scottsdale AZ. Ship a Car Directs rates and number of days to pick-up and deliver the car was better than 5 other companies I phoned. Matt arranged on Wednesday for the car to be picked up on Friday so that it could arrive in Ky. the day my daughter came home on spring break from the University of Kentucky, and that's what happen. The customer service of Niki and Dan from Premier Auto Movers LLC were equal to Matt's. The whole experience can best be describe in one word OUTSTANDING.
