Car was picked up one day earlier than originally told. This was within the availability window and fine but it would have been nice to have more than 12 hrs notice the pickup was going to be early. It was also very difficult to communicate with the person who called to schedule the pickup. Pickup and delivery of the car went smoothly with no damage.
