We found Ship a Car Direct to be an excellent company. Tom was very prompt and responded to all our questions almost immediately. Pickup was scheduled 48 hours after our order and delivered on time to our daughter in Dallas.
Transport Company assigned could have been more responsive. They also delayed pickup by a day and failed to notify us of this delay. However Tom stayed in touch with us and helped with our communication with the transport company.
In the end, first rate company (Ship a Car Direct) and always a bit of a gamble with actual transport company. Tom notified of our communication issues and will no doubt address this with transport company.
