While I am receiving a rebate to write this post, I would write the same exact thing without the rebate.

A very good choice for me to use Ship-A-Car-Direct!

I was really hesitant about shipping my classic car cross-country, mainly because of all of the bad reviews you can find about this industry. So I researched a lot of companies. I was most impressed with David and Ship-A-Car-Direct because all of the major review companies listed it with very high ratings and because David had an honest and logical response / resolution to any negative rating that someone had posted about their service. That set me at ease.

Process: Once I started the process, David was very upfront with how the process works and what I should expect. And then everything with my experience happened better than he had explained it would.

Pickup: My pickup was the same day (evening) as the day of my payment (morning). While the driver spoke English with a heavy foreign accent, he was very competent. And the luxury sports cars that were far more expensive than my car that were also on the trailor put me at ease.

Delivery: My car was delivered less than 24 hours after my pick up 700 miles away. The driver kept in touch with me during his route and explained that, because of hydraulics, my car would not need to be taken off the truck for him to make other deliveries, which I was happy about. There was no damage to my vehicle when it arrived.

Customer Service: David was in touch with me personally by e-mail throughout the process and his Customer Service team forwarded me very helpful videos, tips and instructions to educate me about the whole process and what to expect.

Note: I would suggest taking pictures of your vehicle during the day incase your driver is not able to arrive until after dark. Also, have a strong flashlight handy on delivery to inspect your car incase it is delivered after dark.

I had a quick, easy, painless and pleasant experience with David and Ship-A-Car-Direct. Highly recommend!
