Typically, I don't write many reviews, but because I had such a great experience with (Ship A Car Direct (SACD) and my contact person Dale, I had to sit down and write a review. All of the great reviews I read online prior to contacting SACD is what encouraged me to give them a try, and boy am I glad I did. I called on Monday, which was a national holiday, hoping to somehow have a car picked up the very next day Tuesday by 3pm because my husband was leaving for the airport at 6pm. Dale worked his magic and late Tuesday morning the driver Dan from Touch of Class called my husband and arranged for pickup and the car was headed to Knoxville, TN. Dan informed us that he would deliver the car on Thursday and before noon he called my niece to deliver the car to her in perfect condition. Dale of SACD explained everything about the entire pick up and delivery process, and it all went just as he had said, and he stayed in contact with me via emails and phone calls, answering any and all questions that I had. I am so grateful and thankful for having had such a great experience with SACD. Also, the transport cost was $425 and I was more than happy to pay, it seemed like a fair price, even though I had no idea of what a service like that would cost me. SACD came through for me and I would highly recommend them for anyone in need of car transport services. I do plan on using them again myself.
