We have had cars shipped 4 times in the past two years. This most recent experience was by far the best. The broker (Matt) was on top of things, the person coordinating at the shipping company (Olga) kept us informed, and both the pickup and dropoff drivers were courteous and on schedule.
That may not sound like a very high bar but it is!
