Ship a Car Direct and Emily in particular took great care to explain the entire process so that I wasn't wondering what would happen or when or how. The driver arrived almost exactly when he said he would which was very helpful because I had to come from out of town to arrange for the transport of this car. Overall my experience was excellent.
