Our experieince with Ship A Car Direct could not have gone better. We needed to get our car from North Carolina to Arizonia. Car was picked up Tuesday morning and delivered Friday evening. From the time we placed the request for a quote until our car was delivered, David with Ship A Car Direct, walked us through the process and stayed in touch with us every step of the way. He was very helpful and provided excellent instructions and service. Our carrier was Smooth Auto Transport. As soon as the order was placed the dispatch called us to arrange pickup. The driver called the day before to confirm the time. Our car arrived in Phoenix one day ahead of schedule. Again, the driver called the day before to arrange a time. He showed up exactly when he said he would. Driver, Nick, very nice, and car arrived in perfect condition. Thank you David and thank you Nick.
