I was very uneasy about using an online transport company to transport my sister's car from Texas to California. David at Ship a Car Direct was extremely professional, informative and reassuring about the entire process. We live a couple of hours from a major city, but David had made me aware that it might require us to take the care to Dallas if no one picked up the car from our small town. He knew how important it was that we get the car to California so he made a valiant effort to get it picked up. We did finally need to drive the car to Dallas (we were going there for an appointment anyway) and the experience was great. The driver was also professional, friendly, and reassured us that the car would be well taken care of. I forgot his name-but he was great in Texas, as well as when it arrived in California.

They did offer a rebate to do this review-but I would have GLADLY done it regardless!!
