Damaged car, Not paid for, all False advertising

This company and all its advertising should be eliminated as it is all false advertising. I started by reading all the positive reviews and my review is the same as Michelle's 0 star review who had the owner state all she said is untrue. I here to agree that everything she said is true and the owner is the flat out liar. I watched the videos and all are lies. it appearently only would be true if you are shipping your own car to yourself form a major city i.e. LA to a mjor city i.e. NYC and can be there any time to get it picked up and be there to recieve it. Im a customer who paid to be punished for choosing this company. I was shipping the shelby super snake I just bought across country from california to new york (neither considered major cities). Due to the cost of the car I requested quotes for both enclosed and nonenclosed. I was contacted by jason to discuss the quotes. He talked me into the open carrier even though I stated I was not concerned about the added cost of a enclosed carrier. He was helpful in submitting my order and collecting my money after that he was useless. I did get and have kept the numerous emails I had recieved but why was I doing all of the work. I specifically stated the car could not be picked up till the speciifed wednesday. I was assigned the 1st carrier (yurko express) that I had to call to deal with the shipping arrangements. they stated they were going to be there on sunday 3 days before it could be picked up. I told them that would not work they told me that was my issue to deal with. I called left numerous messages and emailed Jason to no evail then contacted another rep at this ship a car direct. He got the order cancelled for me and then had to repost my bid. Comapny number two is now selected (your choice transport) again I had to call to set up pick up. Due to taking a few days to repost I now had to make sure the previous owner would be around for the pick up. It was agreed by the comapny that got the bid they would be there on sunday around 1200. I let the previous owner know. The driver showed up on saturday and the previuos owner had to leave work to go back to the house to get the car loaded when he was contacted. Luckily he got there to meet the driver fill out the Bill of Lading. The driver then went to load the car on the hauler and caught the the front carbon fiber splitter on one of the ramp bolts and ripped it from the car. The previous owner went nuts (rightfully so) and told him to unload the car and get out of there. He fought with the driver who was stating it wasn't his fault. WARNING: the bill of lading showed there was a minor crack in the carbon fiber splitter prior to the laoding so they wont pay as they said it was already damaged. So WARNING if you document the most minor scratch they could theoretically key your entire car and they will tell you as they told me it was documented it was damaged. I get the call from the owenr telling what had happened. So at this point I irrately call jason screaming they are a day early and they damaged the car he states I have to address it with that company that dmaged it. Im so irrate I just want my car I told him to get me a covered carrier ASAP. Several days later I am assigned a covered car carrier 3rd company (auto trans experts) to get the car. Agian I called to set up the details, they showed up on time to get the car. They were a little delayed in getting it to me although I can understand one of the days due to 5 feet of snow in buffalo. The last comapny was very professional and nice. I finally got my car several weeks after I initially expected. It is damaged and I called jason after I got it to start addressing the damage he stated agiain I need to deal with the comapny that damaged it. Agian dont read any of the BS form the false advertising their home page clearly states 100% garunteed in the unlikely event of damage we will pay even if the carrier doesn't. I havent heard a word form jason after that nor the comapny. I am sitting here now with a $750 replacement part from shelby american that I need to get installed, Luckily I have all winter to stew over how hoorible this comapny is and try to warn everyone stay away form the lies and nonsense that they are pushing. Why not quit the lying and pay up for the damages your comapany says it will cover 100% !!!!!!
