Within a day from initial booking, Emily, my assigned Ship-a-Car Direct agent managed to book a second transporter when first Co driver reported ill. Then within a day, second transporter picked up car from Florida dealer, called me to confirm pick up and set up the car ready for the ride. Once again, within a day, transporter was on route and three days later the car was delivered in Texas. Car was sound, immaculate and within 10 miles of odometer travel. At the end, delivery to Texas took barely 4 week days. Emily was courteous, professional, communicative and prompt to answer my concerns. I'd definitely recommend them and give them my business next time. Thank you Emily and Ship-a-Car Direct!
