We chose Ship-A-Car-Direct because of the high ratings - it also ended up being one of the cheaper options to ship our car from California to New York City. All said and done, this was one of the easiest things we did as part of our cross-country move. We coordinated easily with the folks at Ship-a-Car-Direct by phone and email during off-hours and weekends when most other companies were impossible to reach. The car was picked up on time and delivered on time without any problem. Could highly recommend!!
