I bought a very low mileage 7-year old Audi in very good condition from a dealer in WI. I live in NC and was very worried about damage. I found a number of websites for Transport quotes after a Google search. Ship-A-Car stood out over the others because the owner put his name all over the website and there were some videos about the process. That all made me feel more comfortable that this is a real operation.

I was put in contact with Dale at Ship A Car to handle the transaction. He started out with a phone call to me and after that everything was done over email. I received over 12 emails from Dale during the process. Most of the emails were to remind me abouy the process, make sure i was educated about insurance, remind me to get cash from the ATM the day before the delivery. The fact that they kept in contact with me made me feel that they were with me throughout the entire transaction and not just "handing me off" to the transport company.

The car arrived just fine with no damage. The driver was very courteous. I would definitely use them again.
