I have to take the time to commend Ship a Car Direct for delivering an outstanding customer service experience from beginning to end. The quote was accurate and they provided door to door service. From our home to my daughter's college campus without a scratch, which made the service great but Matt made it exceptional. Matt followed up several times to make sure everything was going smoothly and that I was pleased with the entire process.
