This was my first time purchasing a car online and I was extremely concerned that the car I bought travel safely to my home. I called several companies, even the company the Audi dealership uses and found most transport companies to be rude and unwilling to answer my questions. This was not the case with David at Shipacar. He answered the phone and very clearly explained to me the process. He began working on the transport immediately and called back in an hour advising that a company could pick up my car by the following morning. Alex kept me in the loop and I was able to speak with them both during the transport. I called Friday at 12p and had my car in my driveway by Sunday at 4p. Great experience!
