1st time shipping a car. Asked friends &reviews were bad. Then SHIP-A-CAR DIRECT popped out & reviews were great & sent quote request. got a call in 5 secs . Some took 4 hrs & others 2 days thru email.Tom contacted me fr ShipACarDirect & said no need to send paymnt till I get the CARRIER name. Asked a copy of d agreement to read fine print & got it right away. Contract says I can ask copy of Carrier’s contract & license. Again, Tom quickly sent me a copy to make sure carrier is legit. Tom gave sufficient time to do my investigation.
TFI Transport is a legit carrier & pleasant to talk to. Have parking space to store the car if daughter can’t meet to accept the car. Good benefit of this carrier. Make sure don’t pay extra 4d parking space. Car arrived in LA in PM & was advised by Tom to write a note on the bill of lading that car arrived PM,hard to check damages if any. Driver drove car inside garage to get clear view. Car arrived in very good condition. CHOOSE SHIP A CAR DIRECT ; not SHIPACAR INC.
